--------------------------------------- Step One ---------------------------------------------------------
Head to the Grand Exchange, and buy equal numbers of Sapphire Rings and Cosmic Runes. Buy as many as you can afford. One Cosmic Rune and one Sapphire Ring should cost you a total of (roughly, using prices correct at the time of posting) 626 gold pieces. Using the Enchant Sapphire spell (hence the level 7 magic requirement), enchant all the rings into Rings of Recoil. These should sell for 834gp each, leaving a 208gp profit per cast. Continue to use this method until level 27 magic, at which point you should buy a Staff of Air if you haven't already. Use the same method as above, but with Emerald Rings. Enchanting these will produce a Ring of Duelling (8), which sells for 1151gp. This works out to give a 199gp profit, which is slightly less than previously. Despite the lower profit, the rings should buy and sell faster, and yield more magic xp. This is important, as you're going to need level 33 magic for the next step. I might make a video guide for this part, but it's so simple that I haven't so far. Comment if you'd like one, otherwise I shan't bother!
--------------------------------------- Step Two ---------------------------------------------------------
Now that you've reached level 33 magic, and probably have a small amount of cash, it's time to invest some of it back into your magic training. Buy as many Law runes as you can afford, and head to Falador. Teleporting there is an option at level 37 magic, but walking doesn't take that long if you're already at the Grand Exchange. Using your Staff of Air and your Law Runes, run up to the Chaos Temple. Here you will find a table with "Wine of Zamorak" on one end. These sell for ~2000 Gold Pieces (~2k) each. Trying to pick these up without using Telegrab will provoke a Chaos Druid attack, and will probably get you killed at lower levels. Telegrab the Wine, wait for it to respawn, and repeat. Do this until you have a full inventory, at which point you run back to Falador and put them all in the bank. Run back and repeat until you have run out of law runes. Sell these to the Grand Exchange for a 1800gp profit per jug. This is slower magic xp due to the time wasted whilst waiting for the Wine to respawn, but is an excellent way of making money. Doing this from 33 to 55 magic would need 3411 telegrabs (127 trips to the bank), and leave you with a 5.1M profit. It's probably worth world hopping until you find a world where you can do this without any competition in order to save time and money.

--------------------------------------- Step Three ---------------------------------------------------------
This next method is fairly slow for cash, but does give some nice magic xp along the way. It's one of the few methods of training your Magic skill at higher levels that actually makes money, but does require a fairly large sum of cash to start with. If you're not looking to level Magic quickly, you might make more money sticking with Step Two, but I've included it for the few who want to advance to higher levels as fast as possible.

Good Luck!
